Job Description (Head) Office position Inside sales representative / relationship manager Contract type Permanent contract Working hours Full-time and Part-time possible Job title inside sales representative / relationship manager Job description As an inside sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for all inquiries that reach Beach Resorts ( leads ) regarding information on the purchase of recreational homes. Through our systems, you will have initial contact with potential buyers of our offerings and schedule appointments for our brokers. In addition, together with our brokers, you will manage existing clients who have just purchased a vacation home, villa, or apartment. In all cases, you try to provide potential customers and leads and existing customers with the correct information and processes as best you can. Of course, you are super keen on commercial opportunities in these conversations and exploit them like no other. You try to make as many follow-up appointments as possible during these calls so that your field sales colleagues can get on with them. Of course, you don't do it alone, but with a team of dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues, whom you engage daily to achieve the best results. Through close cooperation and openness, you can learn a lot from each other and thus take your competencies to the next level Specifically, your duties consist of: Advising potential customers as best as possible about the possibilities surrounding buying a vacation home, both by phone and email; Dealing with general inquiries and following up by email and phone; Recording information in the database and following up on sales leads; Supporting the field sales account managers/sellers by scheduling appointments, among other things; Ensuring the best service during open days and trade shows. ( to be further agreed upon ) Applicant criteria Minimum requested education level MBO (middelbaar beroepsonderwijs) Minimum number of years of work experience 0 to 3 years Competencies What makes you the right candidate? Because of your commercial attitude, you see opportunities that others miss; you are a real team player and socially minded. working and thinking abilities on Dutch MBO level (middelbaar beroepsonderwijs); Good command of the Dutch language; Good command of English and German is a plus; Full-time availability. Call center experience or commercial experience is a plus You have an excellent command of Dutch, orally and in writing. Command of the German language is not a must but an advantage. Also, you are communicative and able to make decisions, even in the face of uncertainties. You value accuracy and are sociable, allowing you to communicate well with different departments. You function well under pressure, managing different priorities in your daily routine. If you also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, you are the candidate we seek.
