Job description Position (Head) Office position
The team you will be working with is responsible for establishing the online and digital marketing of all Beach Resorts parks (including hotels and restaurants) in the Netherlands and, in time, we also foresee growth potential abroad. The marketing is coordinated with the management and analyzed and established in cooperation with our professional and leading systems and parties such as Bookingexperts, BookingBoosters. As an Experienced Digital Marketeer, you will be responsible for ensuring more conversions for our parks and hotels through our corporate website and the parks' and hotels' own websites. You will do this by optimizing websites, monitoring online campaigns and the subsequent results from benchmark dashboards, setting up and optimizing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and brainstorming on marketing strategies, always in cooperation with specialists.
Of course, you will have access to all the tools you will need. We work in our own ParkCMS which was developed by BookingExperts and is also maintained and further developed by them. We also work with various Google tools (Tag Manager, Ads, Search Console and Analytics) and search tools such as Ahrefs and Screaming Frog. With our own Big Data dashboards (using Tableau), we monitor and adjust the performance of our parks and hotels on a daily basis. You, as Project Manager, act as a key link between our parks and BookingExperts' online marketeers, identifying opportunities and threats. In addition to determining the data coming in through our systems, you will perform (complex) analysis to leverage opportunities that maximize profitability and/or revenue and look at our reviews, specifically to improve the Beach Resorts brand for both the rental of our leisure units and our sales department, online and digitally. You will work as a team with our specialist parties who are external but strongly connected to us and in addition you will work closely with our Yield & revenue management department. Furthermore, you will contribute to the rental and sales department of our recreation units. You will build and maintain the systems, working with parties such as BookingExperts and BookingBoosters to monitor and expand the Beach Resorts brand. Furthermore, you will work on marketing-related projects, such as initiating new possibilities and opportunities, and work closely with the rental and sales department to, for example, organize sales weekends and other events. In addition, there are many 'ad-hoc' assignments that you will need to respond to and it is important to work with the rest of the team to monitor the online guest experience.
