Job description

As a sales advisor / leisure broker, you are the first point of contact for all requests that come in at Beach Resorts (leads) regarding the information on the purchase of recreational homes. Through our systems and together with our office staff, you have the initial contact with potential buyers of our holiday homes and you will plan appointments with potential buyers of our range of offers. In addition, together with our office staff, you manage the existing customers who have just bought a holiday home, villa or apartment. In all cases, you try to provide potential customers and leads as well as existing customers with the right information and processes. Of course, you are very keen on commercial opportunities in these conversations and you seize these like no other. During these conversations, you try to make as many follow-up appointments as possible. Naturally, you are not the only one to do this; you work together with a team of driven and enthusiastic colleagues on a daily basis to achieve the best results. You are energized by meeting and exceeding targets and will not shy away from a challenge.

As sales advisor / leisure broker, you are the 'business card' of the company and you are partly responsible for achieving our (sales) objectives. In addition, as a sales advisor, you will make a proactive contribution to the acquisition and sale of recreational homes.

You will work in a fun and enthusiastic team in the sales department, helping out at open house weekends and fairs. We achieve successes together and hard work and fun go hand in hand. Specifically, your tasks consist of:

  • In addition, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the following activities and processes:
  • Proactively promoting our range of offers.
  • Proactively maintaining contacts with clients, park managers and owner associations.
  • Putting recreational homes up for sale and determining the sales strategy.
  • Registering and processing actions in the back-office system.
  • Making follow-up calls to potential buyers, arranging viewings, taking care of the negotiations and recording the agreements in writing.
  • Providing (sales) reports, meeting (sales) targets and delivering the homes.
  • Ensuring the best service during open days and fairs.
  • Number of hours per week 38

  • Minimum requested education level secondary vocational education (MBO)
  • Minimum number of years of work experience 0 to 3 years

Skills

When are you the right candidate?

Because of your commercial attitude, you see opportunities that others miss, you are a real team player and socially minded.

As a sales advisor, you do not have a 9-5 mentality and you are willing to work weekends.

  • You are enthusiastic, commercially minded, and results-oriented, and you can work very independently. You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position and in addition, we expect;
  • An active personality who likes to work independently with a professional back office.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language (German is a plus).
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing ( Dutch, English - German is a plus).
  • Stress-proof and flexible, open-minded and above all with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive in maintaining contacts, both with internal and external parties.
  • Identifying (sales) opportunities and taking advantage of them.
  • You have a car and a driver's license.
  • Ability to function at the level of a secondary vocational education (MBO)
  • Available full time.
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, orally and in writing. Command of the German language is not a must but is a plus. Also, you are communicative and able to make decisions, even when uncertain. You are precise and social, which allows you to communicate well with different departments. You can function well under pressure, managing the different priorities in your daily routine. If you also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, then you are the candidate we are looking for.
