Are you a specialist in smart analytics? Do you see plenty of opportunities to improve pricing models and systems and have commercial acumen? Then read on quickly because we at BeachResorts are looking for a Yield & Revenue Analyst / Pricing Analyst. The team you will be working with is responsible for setting the initial price of all BeachResorts parks (including hotel?) in the Netherlands, and over time we also have growth potential abroad. This price is set through our professional and leading booking system and dynamic pricing. In addition to pricing, you'll perform (complex) analysis to identify opportunities that maximize profitability and/or sales and monitor our reviews. Furthermore, you will contribute to the hiring and marketing department and drive Pricing related reports such as price trends, competitive pricing, and insights from Revenue Management Systems (RMS). You will build and maintain pricing models to facilitate the implementation of pricing in the reservation system. Furthermore, you will work on pricing-related projects, such as initiating new opportunities and possibilities, and work closely with the marketing department. In addition, there are many "ad-hoc" assignments that you must respond to, and it is essential to work with Marketing to react to supply and demand. Number of hours per week: 38 What do we offer? ( to be further agreed upon ) Applicant criteria Minimum requested education level HBO (hoger beroepsonderwijs)/Bachelor or similar Minimum number of years of work experience 0 to 3 years Competencies What makes you the right candidate? You have a master's degree in economics or a related field. You love challenges and are full of energy. You have 1 to 3 years of work experience as a Pricing Analyst / Yield Revenue associate in a similar environment or the Hotel Industry or Retail. You have excellent computer and digital skills. Knowledge of the Bookingsexperts reservation system or similar systems is a plus. You have experience with revenue and yield systems You have an excellent command of the English language, orally and in writing. Command of the German language is not a must but an advantage. Also, you are communicative and can make decisions, even in the face of uncertainties. You value accuracy and are sociable, allowing you to communicate well with different departments. You function well under pressure, managing different priorities in your daily routine. If you also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, you are the candidate we seek.
